Positive Affirmations: How they can change your life

Want to change your way of thinking? Daily Positive affirmations can reprogram your subconscious mind to diminish negative thoughts and self sabotage. We as humans tend to create self doubt, and negative thought patterns. We limit our expectations and achievements by creating fear, anxiety, doubt, and resentment. It’s not our fault, unfortunately we were programmed to think this way at a young age; from school, our family, friends, and tv/media. You can start changing this type of mind set now by practicing daily positive affirmations.

What are positive affirmations:

Positive affirmations are statements that are repeated over and over to retrain your mind into believing what you are stating is true. When you repeat these statements over and over, they become imbedded into your subconscious thoughts, the thoughts we aren’t fully aware of, that are hidden deep away from our present awareness. This is the place where our beliefs and behaviors stem from. Daily positive affirmations will train you to believe that what you are saying is true and you will begin to act in a way that follows these thoughts.

How can positive affirmations benefit you:

It releases you from worry, fear and anxiety filled thoughts. This allows you to build a gracious, and strong mindset. You begin to see the world and it’s possibilities as limitless, and this will impact your life in the most positive and abundant way. You will shed the feelings of fear and doubt and start making changes by withdrawing from the norm that your so used to. You raise your vibration, feel gratitude, improve your self worth, and your performance. Change is very hard for humans to implement. You need to push yourself, have faith in the universe, and believe in the power that you hold will take you to places you never thought possible, but this all begins with a strong and positive mindset, to get you where you need to be spiritually, financially, physically, and emotionally.

How to implement positive affirmations into your life:

You want to begin by creating affirmations that resonate with an area of your life you want to improve in. For example, I want to continue on my path to success, so I would repeat an affirmation such as, Everyday in every way I am becoming more successful in all aspects of my life. You have to feel it, smell it, believe it, breathe it, love it, and nurture these statements. If this is what you truly want to manifest into your life, close your eyes, pause, hear the words you are saying, feel them, and really believe the emotion that comes with the words, and know it’s already in the works of coming true.
